Primary examples of this are Auburn’s insisting that Adam’s eyes aren’t hazel because the shades of green and brown don’t blend (though said colors don’t have to blend for one’s eyes to be considered hazel, the two colors just have to be present within the iris) and Owen’s inability to tell the difference between red and pink, despite him being a professional artist. ![]() Some of the author’s descriptions regarding color didn’t make sense either.
